For our Client - international IT company we are currently looking for:
Head of Engineering (IT)
Workplace: Kraków
Person on this position will be responsible for growing, managing and training a high-performing, remote Technology department (Development, QA, DevOps, Data Science) that will able to deliver high-quality software at speed, as well as collaborate closely with the Product team to hit business-level KPIs.
Managing and Hiring engineers 
Achieving minimaly 70% of shared Product/ Technical KPI's during first year of work in straight collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
Defining a strong culture, supporting employees indevelopment and everyday challenges
Maintaining solid, transparent cross – departmental relationships
Working with  Lead / Senior Engineers to define and maintain a separate technical vision and roadmap with the aim of increasing velocity, fostering innovation, maintaining adequate security and managing technical debt.
Providing targeted employee training
Planning, managing and scheduling in an efficient productive manner
At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
Minimum 8  years of experience connected to software engineering and project delivery within agile environment
Comprehensive technical knowledge 
Experience in managing work of remote teams
Experience of managing budgets and business-planning
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skill
Willingness to work on B2B contract
