US Sales Executive, Contact Center Software Startup Boston, MA


Our client is an emerging leader with unique digital contact center and customer engagement solutions.
They are urgently looking for a high-performing Sales Executive reporting to the Global VP Sales, based home office, Northeast US.
•5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software solutions to medium and large enterprise in the financial services industry
•     Education:  BSc/BA or equivalent degree
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
•Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close in a small, early-stage startup
•Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
•Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Experience with contact center, call center or related enterprise software sales
Key Areas of Responsibility:
•Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
•Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
•Create Leads and convert to opportunities through effective lead generation process
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
•Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
•Create and manage pipe line of opportunities
•Manage consultative sales cycles
•Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on strengths and can be implemented successfully
